Our frog probiotic project is now a reality!
We received an MBZ Conservation Grant to fund our first trip and pilot study on the anti-Bd skin bacteria of frogs in Madagascar! In fact, we received one of two Board Special Awards from MBZ for our proposal. We traveled to Madagascar in mid-August to begin this study, and Molly returns in January 2014 to sample Malagasy frogs for effective probiotics.
